Great summer weekend.  You can has a summary:

- Thursday night at friend's family's lake house.  EXACTLY what we needed.  Included dinner on the grill, lots of fresh air, and a ride on a boat.  Oh, and also a gorgeous sunset over the lake - something I haven't seen in a good godamn long while.

So, about food. I'm picky now.  I was never picky before, but I am certainly picky now.  Two things I want to eat today: tomatoes (like, fresh ones, cut up with salt and pepper on them) and ice cream - specifically vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup.  But not at the same time as the tomatoes.

Oh, and water.  Lots and lots and LOTS of water.

- Started at the Farmer's Market at 10 a.m. 
- Went to Alternative ("we hate our governor and everyone who gives him money") Bratfest but decided I did not wish to stand in line for 45 minutes just to get a brat.

Saturday was hubby's birthday.  Friend from out of town was here and stayed at our place.  Brought doggy.  Doggy and kitties were... ummmm...

We can never have a dog.

My grandma's in the hospital for Easter.  She had a hip replacement on Tuesday; apparently something went wrong, and they had to redo the whole thing over again yesterday.  And on Thursday she had a blood transfusion because her blood pressure dropped and... blech.

OLIVIA WILDE IS COMING BACK TO HOUSE!  IN TWO WEEKS!  WITH HER HOTNESS!  AND THIRTEEN HAS BEEN IN JAIL!

(I only have three shows that are "my shows."  Two of them are on hiatus.  DNW.  This has resulted in my recording the Harry Potter movies off ABC Family.  Surely there is something else I should be doing.)
